Job summary

Work standard in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait City, seeks a Crane Operator to join our team. You will operate cranes safely, load and transport heavy materials, and monitor load capacity while following supervisors' instructions.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and proven experience with crane operations or heavy machinery. Excellent physical strength and attention to technical documents are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Detail orientation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong physical stamina and reliability.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and technical documents related to crane operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes in accordance with safety regulations
• Load, unload, and transport heavy materials
• Control the movement of heavy materials using levers or pedals
• Set up rigging equipment for lifts
• Monitor load capacity
• Follow instructions from supervisors or other personnel
• Maintain records of crane operations
• Regularly inspect equipment for malfunctions or damage
