Bizzell Corporation in Kuwait City is seeking a SIGINT specialist with DoD or equivalent government agency experience and a TS/SCI with polygraph. This role requires education in SIGINT operations and four years' experience, plus the ability to work as part of a remote analytical team.

You will utilize CIDNE, RT-RG, NSANet, and related SIGINT databases, perform research and analysis, and contribute to intelligence products while coordinating with NSA procedures and international partners.

• At least four years SIGINT experience in DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
• TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph or willing to undergo Polygraph.

Minimum required qualifications

• Education – Training in SIGINT operations PLUS
• Experience – at least four years SIGINT experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 1N, 35S/P/N, 35B, 352B/PQ/R/S,18F or equivalent specialty codes PLUS
• Clearance – TS/SCI with current CI scope Polygraph – (with one year of currency minimum) OR willing to undergo CI sope Polygraph prior to deployment PLUS

Special skills or qualifications (all required)–

• Be knowledgeable of Army/Joint SIGINT procedures, data processing systems such as CIDNE, RT-RG, NSANet and associated SIGINT database/search engines
• Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications, mIRC, Jabber Chat, and intelligence related automation in support of analytical efforts and productdevelopment
• Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA-I requirements
• Possess working knowledge of relevant NSA tasking, collection, processing, reporting procedures, and
• communications architecture (PED)
• Possess working knowledge of military ground and operations, target-area geography, place names, titles, and cultural norms as well as relevant enemy objectives, tactics, techniques, and procedures

In addition to the above, the following are Highly Desired qualifications and/or experience that are NOT required:

• Education – Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
• Four years Operational level experience
