Job summary

A leading retail company in Kuwait is seeking a skilled candidate to manage showroom operations and drive sales. Duties include training sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Ideal applicants will have at least 4 years of retail sales experience and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Job at this level is responsible for the overall running of the showroom and its results

Job Responsibilities

• Participate with the sales team in generating sales through high selling techniques;
• Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints;
• Maintaining excellent level of product knowledge;
• Manages all checkout functions by processing sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts, and maintaining checkout area; also oversees coverage of registers and store supply usage and performs opening procedures;
• Monitoring sales staff daily and weekly checklists;
• Conduct regular and hands on training of the sales staff;
• Conduct regular spot checks on pricing and signage;
• Oversee showroom inventory to avoid any out of stock situation;
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanliness, display, lighting and stock rotation;
• Prepare schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years retail sales experience;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven selling, negotiating, convincing and problem solving skills;
• Excellent command of Arabic and English both written and spoken;
