Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years aviation maintenance experience within the past five (5) years on MDS UH60, AH64, CH47.
• Possess a U.S. Passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Able to pass CENTCOM medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, modify, and install components of aircraft sheet metal.
• Repair and fabricate complex aircraft structural assemblies.
• Perform checks and carry out inspections of aircraft components.

Skills

Thorough knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair

Basic knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of electrical theory

Working knowledge of technical publications

Ability to prioritize workloads

Experience in inspecting aeronautical type maintenance

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

U.S. military technical school or specialized training

Tools

Aircraft unique tools such as test equipment

Torque wrenches

Dial indicators

Micrometers

Sheet metal brakes and shears
