Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering executive dashboards and operational reports integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on data modeling, real-time and acquired data integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise reporting solutions using SAC and BI tools.
• Build real-time and batch data models from SAP S/4HANA and other ERPs.
• Develop management dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics.
• Integrate S/4HANA with SAC for planning and reporting.
• Design and implement SuccessFactors reporting within SAC.
• Gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Optimize data models, performance, and reporting architecture.
• Support end-users with reporting best practices.
