Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of professional experience relating to Procurement, subcontracting, purchasing & contract management.
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), contract law, purchasing policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Administer service contracts, fabrication requests, and blanket purchase agreements.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and document Purchase Orders, BPAs, and Regional Agreements.
• Support the issuance of RFPs to prospective suppliers.
