Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a Field Specialist III MPD to optimize MPD and drilling processes in Kuwait. You will work with country and regional teams to ensure accurate reporting, safety, and compliance while supporting field operations and maintenance of MPD equipment.

The role requires 3–5 years MPD experience, a Petroleum Engineering background, and proven troubleshooting and reporting skills. Expect to work on site with occasional base duties and safety-focused activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related MPD field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum/Engineering required.
• Strong MPD knowledge and field operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MPD equipment at job site and in workshop.
• Prepare and review daily MPD reports and hydraulic calculations.
• Rig up, operate, and troubleshoot MPD equipment on site or in shop.
• Perform green tagging, testing, and equipment handling as directed.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory procedures.
• Document all MPD operations and incidents in system records.
