Job summary

Flyper in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate should have at least 5 years of machine operation experience in a production setting, preferably automotive. The role offers a competitive wage of 1800 USD per month and is open to immigrants.

The Operator will manage machine operation and maintenance, install, test, and repair equipment, and ensure strict safety compliance and timely issue resolution to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating machines in a production environment.
• Good knowledge of machine operations and maintenance processes.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision.
• Good physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy items or standing for extended periods of time.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair machines used in production processes.
• Follow safety guidelines when operating machinery.
• Monitor performance of machines to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting or repairs when necessary.
• Make sure that production deadlines are met by completing tasks efficiently.
• Provide support to other workers when necessary.
• Make sure proper documentation is kept for operational activities.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed at all times.
