Job summary

India Abroad is seeking an experienced iOS Developer to join the Al-Kuwait team. You will build and maintain iPhone/iPad apps using Objective-C/Swift, collaborating with product, design, and QA to deliver robust, high-performance software.

The role emphasizes strong problem solving, architecture input, and adherence to coding standards. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 5+ years of iOS experience and a willingness to work in Kuwait City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years experience developing in Objective C/Swift
• Experience with Xcode, Cocoa Touch, UIKit Framework
• Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns such as MVC or MVVM
• Working knowledge of RESTful Web Services & JSON/XML data formats

Responsibilities

• Developing new features and bug fixing on existing iOS applications
• Contributing to the architecture and design of the application
• Working closely with other developers, product owners, designers, testers and project managers
• Ensuring code quality meets industry standards
• Researching new technologies that can contribute to the success of the project
