Work Location

Location: Kuwait. 6‑month deployment with R&R after 6 months and option to extend.

Minimum Clearance Required to Start

TS/SCI.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Education – Intelligence Community Collection Management Course (ICMC) or other DoD collection management courses such as the Navy Collection Management Course (NCMC) or the PLUS.
• Experience – at least six years Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
• Clearance – TS/SCI.

Special Skills or Qualifications (all required)

• Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and intelligence related automation.
• Knowledge and familiarity of Google Earth.
• Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. CRATE, PRISM, COLISEUM, NSRP, SAVANT) mission applications.
• Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.).
• Strong writing and briefing skills.
• Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team.
• Capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements.

Highly Desired Qualifications and/or Experience (Not Required)

• Senior military enlisted or field grade officer with collection experience.
• Completion of the ISR Operations Course.
• Knowledge of communication and dissemination architecture.
• Experience with tactical ground and air sensor operations and management.
