Job description
Job Purpose:

The Senior HR Business Partner oversees HR functions in-store, including talent acquisition, talent development, talent performance, and total rewards. He/she collaborates with business stakeholders to optimize all aspects of human resources, ensuring a productive and efficient in-store workforce.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure continuous compliance with company policies and procedures, including the code of conduct, employee handbook, uniform standards, working hours, and staff facilities.
  • - Provide advice and guidance to managers on developing, documenting, and communicating solutions, including disciplinary actions, for individual Employee Relations cases.
  • Advise managers on effectively developing and leading teams, ensuring employees possess the skills required to meet both current and future business needs.
  • Support employees and managers throughout the performance review cycle, manage the appraisal system, and communicate employees' learning needs and training requirements to the talent development department.
  • Adhere to the organization’s Health and Safety protocols to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the protection of the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage transfers and relocations, and maintain thorough and accurate documentation throughout the process.
  • Contribute to succession planning initiatives by conducting detailed operational analysis of workforce trends. Develop succession plans to enhance the internal talent pool and expedite the filling of critical positions.
  • Implement targeted training programs in specific areas using prepared content.
  • Work on attracting, shortlisting, selecting, and appointing suitable candidates within an organization. Ensure the effective hiring and seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Deliver advanced analyses of HR data, identifying pivotal trends, and contributing to the creation of HR insights that facilitate diagnosing business issues, enhancing employee engagement, and improving business performance.
  • Implement and maintain the optimal staff structure based on store requirements and productivity goals. Coordinate the allocation of budgeted hours and headcount, ensuring compliance with relevant local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of employee activities, gatherings, and engagement programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Four to six years of experience in Human Resources, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
