Weatherford is seeking a Fishing Tool Supervisor to support advanced fishing and well re-entry operations in the field, based in Kuwait. You will operate and maintain fishing and re-entry equipment while advising clients during open-hole and cased-hole operations, workovers, and abandonment projects.

The role requires 10-15+ years of drilling, fishing and whipstock experience, strong technical knowledge of oilfield equipment, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• 10–15+ years of drilling, fishing and whipstock experience.
• General knowledge of oilfield equipment.
• Mechanical ability to perform repairs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• On-call 24/7 availability.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain Fishing and Re-entry equipment in the field.
• Provide onsite support to customer during field operations.
• Assist in testing and adjusting equipment for optimum performance.
• Daily reporting of field operations.
• Collaborate with onshore operations team.
• Suggest improvements to methods and quality.
• Complete job reports accurately and timely.
• Support onshore maintenance activities as needed.
• Adhere to Weatherford safety systems and Quality Policy.
• Be on-call 24/7 and adapt to changing conditions.
• Continue training to expand knowledge of Fishing and Re-entry.
