Job summary

Guru Kuwait seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer in Ahmadi to lead field maintenance, repairs, and condition monitoring for oil and gas equipment. You will develop maintenance plans and schedules, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely execution of preventive, breakdown, and major overhaul activities at site and workshop facilities.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Min 10 years in field maintenance, repair, overhaul and condition monitoring in Oil & Gas.
• At least 5 years in preparing maintenance schedules using related software.
• Familiar with CMMS and reliability improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of routine/preventive/breakdown/shutdown and major overhaul programs by Contractor personnel.
• Prepare maintenance plans and budgets based on equipment status and condition monitoring data.
• Assign manpower, equipment, tools, vehicles and materials for approved schedules.
• Provide technical support for resolving service-related issues.
• Supervise maintenance activities and maintain traceable records.
