Job summary

African Construction Manager in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled professional to oversee projects in Al-Kuwait. You will plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, a related bachelor’s degree, strong knowledge of codes and safety, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules and budgets
• Oversee construction teams and contractors to ensure quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on track
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure project deadlines are met
