Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Senior Boomi Integration Engineer to lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise integrations using the Boomi platform.

You will work with BAs, application owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrating ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other systems while enforcing best practices and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in system integration, with 5+ years hands-on Boomi experience
• Strong experience integrating enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
• Boomi Professional Developer Certification (essential)
• Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML), and secure data exchange

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex integrations using Boomi.
• Collaborate with business analysts, application owners, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between cloud-based and on-premise systems, including ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle), HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), CRMs, MS AD, APIs and third-party platforms.
• Define and enforce standards, patterns, and best practices for integration development and maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of deployed integrations using Boomi monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Senior Boomi Integration Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of integration solutions across our enterprise systems. This role is instrumental in driving end-to-end system integration, process automation, and data flow optimization using the Boomi platform. The ideal candidate will be an expert in integration architecture and middleware best practices, with the ability to work cross-functionally and deliver scalable and secure integrations.
