Job summary

PPOAR is seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will design, build and maintain Android applications that meet user needs and technical standards.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on Android development, strong Kotlin/Java skills, and solid experience with REST/SOAP, XML/JSON data handling, and OOP principles. This is a full-time role with a monthly salary of 1,000 KD, and foreign applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years' experience developing mobile applications for Android.
• Proficiency in Kotlin/Java programming languages.
• Knowledge of XML/JSON data structures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve mobile applications on the Android platform
• Ensure application performance meets customer requirements and industry standards
• Troubleshoot reported issues with applications
• Monitor application performance after deployment
• Update existing applications to keep up with latest technology advancements
• Create technical documentation related to applications development processes
