Job summary

NEBULAS Holdings is seeking a Senior Accountant focused on AI and automation to transform finance operations across multiple subsidiaries. You will manage reporting, reconciliations, and controls while integrating modern tools into daily workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting, familiarity with Zoho Books, Sage, and QuickBooks, and a strong command of English. Kuwait-based with a clear progression path to Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably multi-company or holding group.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting platforms: Zoho Books, Sage, or QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with automation platforms or AI-based accounting tools is a strong advantage.
• Experience in payroll, VAT filing, bank reconciliation, and consolidated reporting.
• Able to prepare and review monthly and annual closing reports.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with external consultants.

This role will play a critical part in managing the financial reporting, reconciliation, and controls across our growing portfolio of subsidiaries. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and can bridge traditional finance practices with smart, scalable automation.
