Job summary

Jing Hau in Kuwait is seeking a qualified Security Manager to oversee our security operations in Al-Kuwait. The role focuses on maintaining safety protocols and coordinating security staff across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field, proven security management experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. This full-time position is based on-site in Al-Kuwait with responsibilities including risk assessment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Security Manager (preferably in Kuwait).
• Knowledgeable about safety regulations, emergency response plans, CCTV systems, access control systems, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different teams across the organization.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Foreigners considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, protocols, and standards related to safety/security within the organization.
• Monitor security operations on a daily basis to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
• Implement risk assessment processes to identify potential threats or vulnerabilities of the organization.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations as they arise.
• Oversee investigations into suspicious activity or breaches of security protocols.
• Liaise with local police, fire departments, or other law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Manage security personnel, including hiring/training/supervision/discipline.
• Establish measures to protect confidential information such as customer data or business plans from unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Maintain up-to-date records of security incidents and investigations.
