Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and build a career in security. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience and be willing to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor the security of the premises, ensuring it meets legal regulations and company standards
  • Set up and maintain security systems such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarm systems etc.
  • Carry out risk assessments and devise suitable strategies to reduce risk
  • Investigate incidents and breaches of security procedures
  • Develop emergency plans and coordinate responses in the event of a security breach or attack
  • Train staff on security procedures, policies, and use of equipment
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies when necessary
  • Maintain records of events, investigations, staff training etc.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards
Requirements
