Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait is seeking a Security Officer to conduct key control audits, monitor key boxes, issue/receive master keys, radios, and beepers, and ensure safekeeping of these items.

You will patrol all areas, assist guests with room access, respond to incidents, document reports, and coordinate with management during emergencies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct key control audits and monitor electronic key boxes, issue/receive master keys, radios, and beepers; ensure safekeeping of these items.
• Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; respond to incidents and notify appropriate personnel; complete incident reports.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the property; report accidents and thefts; call for outside assistance as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of reports; complete loss prevention shift summaries and daily activity reports.
