As a Secondary School Interventionist, you will play a critical role in supporting students who need targeted academic assistance, helping them overcome challenges, strengthen foundational skills, and build confidence across subject areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instructional support to students in small groups or one-on-one settings, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific interventions aligned with grade-level standards.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and learning support teams to identify students in need of intervention and develop personalized learning plans.
• Use data-driven methods to assess student progress, adjust instructional strategies, and document outcomes to ensure measurable academic improvement.
• Design and implement engaging, scaffolded lessons that build essential skills while promoting student independence and academic resilience.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers to provide updates, gather insights, and promote shared strategies for student success.

Requirements
