The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional baking experience, knowledge of techniques and equipment, and the stamina to stand long hours. Visa sponsorship is provided; housing assistance is available if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality products consistently.
• Creative skills for decorating baked goods is a plus.
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Fluent in Malayalam preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of goods according to recipes and specifications
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking
• Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, toppings, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies are running low
• Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
• Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures
