Job summary

MapleGroves is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our products in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait City. This commission-based role offers a base salary of $1700 plus commission.

You will conduct market research, build client relationships, understand customer needs, and present products to drive growth. Ideal candidates have prior sales experience, fluency in English, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Kenyan nationality preferred.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Present, demonstrate and promote products to potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and achieve growth objectives.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and sales events.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends and competitors' activities.
