The Al-Kuwait Company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help us drive sales growth. This position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales personnel, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. They must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Additionally they should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating sales plans, setting targets, analysing market trends, building relationships with customers, managing the sales team, monitoring performance and identifying areas of improvement. They will also be expected to develop new ways of promoting products and services as well as attending trade fairs and conferences.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position with a proven track record of success in sales management roles. They should also possess a strong understanding of customer service principles as well as good knowledge of MS Office applications. A degree in marketing or business related field is desirable but not essential.
