Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the African or Egyptian market is preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
• Valid work permit for Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide training and coaching when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance and operations to achieve company goals.
