Sales Manager - English Speaking

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bayan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management and leadership of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Lead, train, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets
• Establish strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
• Develop pricing strategies in line with company objectives
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
