Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth customer transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the motorcycle sales team.
  • Set individual sales targets and motivate staff to achieve them.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve skills.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, promotions, and product positioning.
  • Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
Operational & Administrative Duties
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and financial transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
