Requirements for the Candidate: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Al-Kuwait region. We are open to considering a qualified immigrant for this position.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales goals in the Al-Kuwait region. The position involves working closely with existing customers as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lead a team, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Establishing strong customer relationships in order to maximize sales opportunities
  • Evaluating customer feedback and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Monitoring competitor activities and market trends
  • Analysing sales data to identify areas of improvement
  • Training and mentoring team members on effective selling techniques
  • Providing regular reports on sales performance metrics
Qualifications
