Job summary

A leading company in Kuwait is seeking a Sales Representative to manage customer relations and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include prospecting customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and marketing skills, be proficient in Arabic and English, and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities. Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential customers with specific route plan based on allocated territory.
  • Convince customers by highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Initiate creation of customer account with approved credit terms.
  • Secure commercial documents to complete the sales process.
  • Follow-up and collect due payments as per agreed terms.
  • Monitor product performance and create testimonials.
  • Pre-empt customer needs and submit sales forecasts.
  • Track competition in terms of new products and promotions.
  • Retain active customer base by ensuring timely delivery.
  • Continuously develop new customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for potential customers with specific route plan based on allocated territory and customer classification
  • Convince the customers highlighting special features and benefits of represented product and ensure conversion
  • Initiate creation of customer account with approved credit terms as per company guidelines
  • Secure commercial documents to complete the sales process.
  • Follow‑up and collect due payments as agreed credit terms
  • Monitor product performance in coordination with technical department and create testimonials for future reference
  • Pre‑empt customer needs and submit sales forecast to ensure timely ordering to meet customer demand
  • Track competition in terms of new product introductions special promotions and product failures and report periodically.
  • Retain active customer base by assuring timely delivery and best in class after sales service.
  • Continuously develop new customer base to ensure consistent performance.
