Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and On-Premise portfolios.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Eportal is actively recruiting for the role of Sales Account Manager (Oracle Sales). In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and account growth across Oracle solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, On-Premise, and Alloy). The role involves managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle-based solutions through close collaboration with internal teams and strategic partners.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Developing and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for Oracle products and services.
  • Managing and expanding relationships with assigned accounts, particularly within the public sector and enterprise clients.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, Oracle, and JMT, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment.
  • Leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including RFP/RFQ management, solution positioning, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Collaborating with Oracle TAMs, Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, providing regular updates to management.
  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes, legal frameworks, and Oracle partner requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications

To apply to this role, you must meet the below criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of proven sales experience in IT solutions, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and On-Premise portfolios, including Fusion Applications, OCI, and Exadata.
  • Experience in managing enterprise/public sector accounts in Kuwait or GCC region.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing large-scale ($1M+) deals.
  • Knowledge of cloud transformation, digital initiatives, and IT modernization projects.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
