Job Title: Room Attendant

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 900

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Room Attendant to join our team at Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining guest rooms and other areas of the hotel in an efficient manner. You will also be in charge of ensuring that all areas are kept clean and tidy, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms which includes making beds, changing linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, etc.
• Cleaning public areas such as lobbies, restaurants, restrooms, etc.
• Ensuring all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently
• Reporting any maintenance issues immediately
• Adhering to health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Immigrant status is accepted
