Job summary

Kuwait Jobs is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and efficient operation of all restaurant equipment, kitchen machinery, and infrastructure.

You will perform preventive maintenance, rapid emergency repairs, and maintain a code-compliant dining and kitchen environment, with hands-on troubleshooting and coordination with vendors for spare parts to minimize downtime during peak service hours. Salary: 250-300 KD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and servicing on all heavy commercial kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues rapidly to minimize restaurant downtime during peak service hours.
• Maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors or manufacturers for specialized warranty repairs when necessary.
