Role Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for successfully launching and managing the restaurant, ensuring the highest levels of service, operational excellence, and financial performance.
As the #1 on site, the GM will embody the brands ethos and serve as the face of the restaurant, driving both guest experience and business success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the pre-opening phase, including recruitment, training, supplier partnerships, and operational setup.
Establish and maintain brand standards, delivering an exceptional guest experience consistent with the restaurants international reputation.
Develop and manage budgets, P&L, and KPIs to ensure commercial success.
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team with a culture of excellence, engagement, and accountability.
Oversee daily operations with a strong presence on the floor, ensuring seamless guest interactions.
Act as an ambassador of the brand in Kuwait, building strong relationships with VIP clientele, partners, and local stakeholders.
Drive marketing, PR, and business development initiatives in partnership with the corporate team.
