What You Will Do
  • Develop annual and seasonal marketing plans for all restaurants and bars.
  • Create campaigns that support revenue targets, brand positioning and guest engagement.
  • Coordinate with the F&B Director and outlet managers on priorities, menus and promotions.
  • Oversee photoshoots, menu design and creative assets.
  • Manage social media content, posting schedules and audience engagement.
  • Track online reviews and coordinate responses with the F&B team.
  • Plan and execute seasonal events, holiday offers and collaborations.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and media visits.
  • Monitor performance and adjust campaigns based on data.
  • Support new menu rollouts with photos, content, tasting events and launch plans.
  • Work with Chefs and Restaurant Managers on storytelling around dishes and signature drinks.
  • Explore collaborations that increase visibility and drive traffic.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and share insights with leadership.
  • Ensure marketing efforts support guest satisfaction and service experiences.
  • Work closely with F&B, sales, PR and events to keep everyone aligned.
What You Bring
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or food service industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, along with strong interpersonal abilities to enable effective cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, especially food & beverage.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and campaign performance for continuous improvement.
  • Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
