Job summary

WealthGuard USA is seeking a skilled Carpenter for Residential Construction projects in Bayan, India. The role requires carpentry experience on residential builds and reading blueprints. The position is full-time with Monday-Friday hours and accommodation provided.

Salary is $1500 per month, with room and board. The candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety guidelines. Preference to Indian candidates; English not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in carpentry and construction
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Excellent knowledge of materials handling techniques
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute carpentry work on residential construction projects according to plans and specifications
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge
• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim using carpenter's hand and power tools
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
