Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a Mobile App Developer (AI Pilot) for the Tendem project to design, build, and refine mobile apps across iOS/Android using React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin. This freelance role supports a hybrid AI + human environment with a focus on delivering production-ready apps.

The position is part-time remote, with 10–20 hours per week during active phases. Compensation can reach up to $60/hour based on level and pace of contribution.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of mobile app development experience.
• Portfolio of shipped apps with App Store / Google Play links.
• Experience with React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend services.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build mobile apps using React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Create responsive UIs following platform guidelines.
• Integrate device features (camera, notifications, location).
• Connect apps to backend APIs and handle offline data.
• Support monetization features (in-app purchases, ads).
• Refactor AI-generated mobile code for quality and performance.
• Prepare builds for distribution (TestFlight / Play Console).
