Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi or relevant field.
• Experience leading remote teams of trainers or QAs preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Spot-check Hindi items and provide feedback.
• Update trainers and QAs on guidelines and project changes.
• Create and maintain Hindi documentation and style guides.

Skills

Native or near-native Hindi proficiency

Strong grasp of the English language

3+ years of professional experience in Hindi writing and editing

Strong understanding of Hindi grammar and cultural context

Experience with AI training and quality assurance

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
