Description
You will treat people of all ages with a wide range of diseases, which makes being an ENT surgeon interesting and rewarding. You will see more children than most other surgeons apart from those in pediatrics. You will treat conditions affecting senses such as hearing, balance, smell, and taste. You will also treat patients with conditions affecting voice, breathing, swallowing, and those with head and neck tumors.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide general care to patients on hospital wards and in outpatient clinics;
• Assist the Consultant in investigating, diagnosing, and treating patients referred to your specialty;
• Participate in peer review, quality activities, and clinical/administrative meetings as deemed necessary;
• Engage in departmental and hospital-wide performance monitoring & improvement activities;
• Keep current with new procedures and techniques in your specialty;
• Maintain the highest professional standards of conduct in line with organizational policies and international standards;
• Perform other tasks within your knowledge, skills, and abilities.
