Requirements
  • Pilates certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • English speaking (Conversational level)
  • Experience in Cadillac, Barre, Lagree is advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct private and group Pilates classes using mat and equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, etc.)
  • Modify exercises based on clients’ fitness levels, injuries, or medical conditions
  • Ensure proper technique, form, and alignment to prevent injuries
  • Develop progressive training programs to meet client goals
  • Offer guidance on breathing techniques and core engagement
  • Track and document client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
  • Work with clients recovering from injuries or those requiring post-rehabilitation training
  • Report any equipment maintenance or safety concerns to the studio manager
  • Maintain a positive and motivating environment in the studio
  • Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates for health and well-being
  • Instruct clients on safe equipment usage
  • Recommend memberships, class packages, or private sessions to clients
  • Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques and trends
  • Attend workshops, certifications, and continuing education courses
  • Expand expertise in specialized areas (e.g. pre/postnatal Pilates, injury rehabilitation)
