The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of how to source, screen, assess, and select candidates. They should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They must be able to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with potential candidates, collaborate with other team members, and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

  • Valid driver's license. Prior experience working in Kuwait is an advantage but not essential.
