The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a good understanding of the recruitment process, be familiar with sourcing techniques and have experience working with applicant tracking systems. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently manage time and stay organized.

• Screen resumes
• Conduct interviews
• Negotiate offers and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
