Job summary

UNITED STEEL INDUSTRIAL CO. is looking for a responsible individual to manage the continuous flow and delivery of rebar materials in Al Khiran, Kuwait. The role includes ensuring compliance with safety standards, performing continuous inspections, and managing process operations to prevent interruptions. Ideal candidates should be high school graduates with a technical certificate and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of bar mill operations and basic welding is desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate with a technical/vocational certificate preferred.
• Knowledgeable in bar mill operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same capacity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ISO-9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Monitor sections of the Finishing End Area to prevent stoppages.
• Perform in-process testing and inspection of rebar as per documented procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the Finishing End Area.

Skills

Bar mill operation

Proficient in oral and written English

Basic welding and gas cutting operations

Education

High school graduate, technical/vocational certificate preferred
