Job summary

Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee planning, execution, and tracking of projects, coordinating resources and ensuring deadlines are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field and at least 1 year of PM experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and JIRA is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a Project Manager role.
Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans which include goals, timelines, deliverables, resources needed, risks and milestones.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.
Monitor progress against project plans and make adjustments as necessary.
Identify risks associated with each project and develop mitigation strategies to reduce these risks.
Provide status reports on progress of projects to upper management on a regular basis.
Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress at all times.
Coordinate resources across departments to ensure successful completion of projects.
Liaise with external parties such as vendors or contractors as needed.
