Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience managing software or IT projects.
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects in a structured environment.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are advantageous.
