Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is seeking Professional Hairdressers for a high-end luxury beauty salon in Kuwait. This opportunity is open to overseas applicants of all nationalities, offering a full employer-provided package and the chance to work in a premium salon environment.

You will deliver cutting, coloring, and styling services to a discerning clientele, maintain luxury standards, and collaborate with a professional team. English is required; Arabic is a plus, and accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional hairdresser.
• Certification or diploma in hairdressing or cosmetology.
• Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Knowledge of luxury salon standards.
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services: cutting, styling, blow-drying.
• Coloring, highlights, balayage, and treatments.
• Bridal and event hairstyling (preferred).
• Consult with clients to understand their style and preferences.
• Maintain luxury service standards and customer care.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and tool sanitation.
• Stay updated with current hair trends and techniques.
• Work as part of a professional salon team.
