Job summary

HRInvest is seeking an experienced procurement professional to drive end-to-end bakery and pastry supply chain activities in Kuwait. You will source essential ingredients, packaging, and materials for central kitchens and retail outlets, ensuring alignment with production demand and cost controls.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Supply Chain with 8+ years in F&B procurement, including contract management and supplier negotiations for bakery operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a relevant field.
• 8+ years procurement experience in Food & Beverage and Hospitality with bakery exposure.
• Experience in commercial agreements, price negotiations, and contract management with bakery & F&B suppliers.
• Competence in demand planning, inventory control, and procurement reporting.
• Holds a transferable Kuwait visa (Article 18).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for baking and pastry production, sourcing ingredients, packaging and operational materials.
• Align purchasing with production demand, inventory planning and cost-control requirements.
• Secure reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive terms.
• Ensure material availability to maintain uninterrupted production cycles.

Drive end‑to‑end procurement operations for baking and pastry production by sourcing essential food ingredients, packaging, and operational materials for central kitchens and retail outlets. Align purchasing activities with production demand, inventory planning, and cost‑control requirements across high‑volume bakery environments. Secure reliable suppliers, negotiate competitive commercial terms, and ensure consistent material availability to maintain uninterrupted production cycles.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a relevant field.
• Over 8 years of procurement experience within Food & Beverage and Hospitality, with direct exposure to bakery and pastry operations.
• Strong background in sourcing food ingredients, packaging, and operational materials used in baking and pastry production.
• Experience in commercial agreements, price negotiations, and contract management with suppliers servicing bakery and F&B sectors.
• Competence in demand planning, inventory control, and procurement reporting.
• Holds a transferable visa (Article 18 – Kuwait)
