Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC machine operation or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/diagrams.
• Proficient at using calipers/micrometers.
• Knowledge of basic math (add/sub/mul/div).
• Understand safety regulations for CNC operation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts per specifications.
• Perform periodic maintenance for optimal machinery performance.
• Ensure accuracy of components via precision measuring.
• Read/interpret blueprints, diagrams, sketches, or instructions.
• Monitor process parameters and adjust settings.
• Record production data (units produced, scrap).
• Troubleshoot CNC issues and take corrective action.
• Adhere to safety regulations during operation.
