Job summary

Cure Recovery in Kuwait City is seeking a licensed Physiotherapist to deliver home-based services. The role involves visiting clients in their homes to assess conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

You will provide hands-on therapy, implement exercise programs, monitor progress, and adjust plans. Fluency in English is required; Arabic knowledge is a plus, and a driving license is beneficial for Korea (sic Kuwait) region travel.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Experience in musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and rehabilitation physiotherapy; home care or community-based practice preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and manual therapy skills; tailor interventions to individual needs.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage and other languages are a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Home Services Physiotherapist role based in Kuwait City. The physiotherapist will visit clients in their homes to assess their physical condition, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands‑on therapy to support recovery, mobility, and pain reduction. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, implementing exercise and rehabilitation programs, monitoring progress, documenting treatments, and adjusting plans as needed. The role involves educating clients and caregivers on safe movement, injury prevention, and home exercise routines, as well as coordinating care with other healthcare professionals when required. The physiotherapist is expected to maintain professional standards, adhere to safety and ethical guidelines, and contribute to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and rehabilitation physiotherapy, preferably including home care or community-based practice.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and manual therapy skills, with the ability to tailor interventions to individual client needs and environments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to educate clients and caregivers in clear, respectful, and culturally sensitive ways.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes, manage schedules, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold safety and infection control standards.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication; willingness to learn clinic‑specific systems as needed.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Prior experience in Kuwait or the Gulf region and a valid driver’s license are beneficial.
