Job summary

ConFlip in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced PHP Developer for our Al-Kuwait team to develop and maintain web applications using modern PHP frameworks. You will collaborate with fellow developers on complex projects across the stack.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PHP web development, strong SQL skills, and solid HTML/CSS/JS knowledge. This on-site role offers a competitive salary with benefits in Kuwait.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of PHP web development experience.
• Experience with Laravel, Symfony or CodeIgniter.
• Proficient in SQL (MySQL, MariaDB) and HTML/CSS/JS.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop websites & web applications using the latest PHP frameworks.
• Work closely with other developers on complex projects.
• Design databases and write queries to access data.
• Set up servers, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Develop & maintain code standards & guidelines.
• Troubleshoot & debug existing applications & systems.
