Abroad Work in Kuwait is seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join ourAl-Kuwait team. The role focuses on building web applications using the PHP stack, with emphasis on the LAMP architecture, OOP, database design, and end-to-end SDLC involvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PHP web development experience, strong MySQL/MariaDB skills, and familiarity with Laravel or CodeIgniter. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JS libraries like jQuery/React is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in web application development using PHP
• Proficient in MySQL/MariaDB databases
• Familiarity with MVC frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter is preferred
• Experience developing RESTful APIs is desirable
• Experience working with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery or React is a plus
